So why settle for dreaming when you can create your own version of Peanut Butter Moo’d with only a handful of ingredients.
- 1 Banana (I freeze mine in quarters)
- 1 cup of ice
- 1-1/2 cups of almond milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1/4 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- Add all your ingredients to your blender.
- Blend on high power until it is smooth.
- Pour and enjoy!
